    Capture the Newborn Snuggles
The best time to schedule the in-home newborn session is when you get home from the hospital.
Plan on taking the photos 1-2 weeks after you bring your little one home.
It may seem early, but your baby will be small, sleepy, and snuggle. This will ease the photography experience, and your baby will be the tiniest it will ever be!
Here are 3 things NOT to worry about when scheduling an in-home newborn session.

    1. Don't worry about cleaning your house

Even though I am coming to your home, please DO NOT worry about cleaning. We will only be using small spaces by a window or well-lit room. If we need to move a few items right before the shoot, it is not a problem. Don't stress about this!

    2. Don't worry about your postpartum body

You just gave birth!  Maybe your pre-pregnancy clothes don't fit just yet.  But please, DO NOT let your body stop you from scheduling newborn photos. I have angles and tricks to keep you looking your best. I recommend a flowy dress or flowy top for comfort.

    3. Don't worry about props

An in-home lifestyle session is not about props. Even though I do bring a rug, basket, and swaddle, we won't be spending a lot of time styling your baby. This session is about feeling natural in your own home. So DO NOT worry about buying a lot of things for this photoshoot. I would recommend 1-2 newborn outfits and a few hair bows.
